We are seeking an experienced Receptionist to work full time at our office in Wigan.
Duties & responsibilities as follows:
Answering the busy reception main phone line, transferring calls, taking messages
Welcoming clients, making them tea & coffee, taking client ID, dealing with general queries
Ensuring reception area and meeting rooms are clean & tidy at all times
Sorting, stamping and dealing with incoming & outgoing post
Ordering files from store and returning files to store
Audio typing
Taking credit card payments over the phone and face to face
Online ordering of stationery and other office supplies
Archiving files
Requesting of Deeds/Wills and the maintaining of the system for it
General photocopying
Salary: dependent upon experience
Hours: Monday - Friday 09.00 -17.15
Holidays: 26 days per year plus Bank Holidays
You must have previous experience working as a receptionist, preferably in a law firm
