Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced and personable Receptionist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within the aesthetic or medical industry and will be proficient in the use of the Pabau system. This role requires a strong administrative background, excellent communication skills, and a host personality to ensure our clients receive the best possible experience from the moment they enter our clinic.

Key Responsibilities:

Front Desk Management:

Greet clients warmly, manage check-ins and check-outs, and ensure the reception area is tidy and welcoming.

Appointment Scheduling:

Efficiently manage appointments using the Pabau system, ensuring optimal booking to maximize clinic productivity and client satisfaction.

Client Communication:

Handle phone calls, emails, and face-to-face inquiries professionally and promptly, providing accurate information about our services and policies.

Administrative Duties:

Maintain client records, process payments, manage stock levels of office supplies, and perform other administrative tasks as required.

Client Experience:

Ensure every client feels valued and comfortable, providing refreshments and addressing any queries or concerns they may have during their visit.

Collaboration:

Work closely with clinical staff to ensure smooth operations and a seamless client experience.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

Experience:

Minimum of 3 years in a receptionist or administrative role within an aesthetic, medical, or similar environment.

Pabau System:

Proven experience and training in using the Pabau system for appointment scheduling and client management.

Administrative Skills:

Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively.

Communication Skills:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a friendly and professional demeanor.

Personality:

A host personality with a passion for delivering outstanding customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere.

Location:

Must be based in or willing to commute to the Cheshire/ Manchester area.
