Responsibilities
Greet clients and visitors warmly and professionally, ensuring a positive first impression.
Answer incoming calls with excellent phone etiquette, directing calls to the appropriate personnel as needed.
Manage the reception area, keeping it organised and welcoming.
Perform clerical duties including data entry, filing, and maintaining office supplies.
Scheduling appointments and managing calendars.
Daily swimming pool management
Handle correspondence and communication efficiently, both in person and via email.
Support Cafe and Gym staff with various tasks to ensure smooth operations.
Experience
Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role is preferred.
Proficiency in using computer systems and office software, particularly Guestline/Rezlynx and Clubwise is preferred
Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
Excellent typing skills with attention to detail for accurate data entry.
Demonstrated ability to maintain professionalism in all interactions.
A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and assisting team members as needed.
