Job Description

The 4-star Ramada Plaza Hotel in Wrexham is looking for the ideal candidate to join our Reception Team.

40 hours per week - 5 days over 7. Involving mixture of early and late shift including weekends.

Responsibilities and Duties



The ideal candidate must have previous hotel experience within this type of role or similar environment. Will report into the Reception Manager Excellent Customer Service skills and phone handling skills Develop a thorough knowledge of the hotel property, hotel services and hours of operations Cash Handling Check in and out of guests Upselling the product we have and maximise sales throughout Answering the switchboard Dealing with complaints Computer literate , ideally with hotel systems Must be flexible with regards to working hours: Early Shift 7:00 - 15:00 Late Shift 15:00 - 23:00
