Receptionist/admin Assistant

Job Description

We are seeking to recruit an enthusiastic, motivated person to work within our busy, friendly, practice.

This post covers a wide variety of duties including, data input, and reception work, making appointments and dealing with telephone enquiries as well as general clerical duties.

You must possess good communication skills, knowledge of IT, good keyboard skills and the ability to work well as part of a team.

A good telephone manner is essential.

Experience in either primary care or secondary care would be desirable and knowledge of medical terminology would be an advantage but not essential as training will be given.

Hours are:

Monday to Friday, 07:45-16:00, 37 hours per week.

Flexibility is a must to cover holidays/sickness.
