Receptionist Administrator



Purpose of Role



To provide administrative support which ensures the smooth running of the practice, contributing to a positive patient experience.

Tasks include but are not limited to, welcoming patients to the practice, booking appointments, taking phone calls, processing prescriptions, filing and scanning mail and updating medical records and appointment diaries.

We are looking for someone who works effectively and efficiently, is proactive, kind, confident and is able to work on their own initiative in a fast paced environment

GP Practice experience would be ideal, particularly Vision experience but training will be provided. Experience in working with the public and IT savviness is essential.

Hours are fixed at -

Monday 9am to 1pm

Tuesday 2pm to 6pm

Wednesday 2pm to 6pm

Thursday 2pm to 6pm

Friday 2pm to 6pm

We also require someone with some flexibility to help cover annual leave etc.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From 14.44 per hour

Expected hours: 20 per week
