Seaview Haven is actively seeking a Receptionist/Administrative Assistant for our care home in Ilfracombe. In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the existing admin team and managers. Meeting and greeting visitors and health professionals, maintaining the reception area and the meeting rooms, arranging couriers, receiving and distributing post and deliveries, setting up internal and external meetings, managing calendars. The ideal candidate will have great communication and interpersonal skills, be proactive, self-sufficient and well organised. Additionally, he or she must have an excellent judgement to properly prioritise multiple tasks and be confident with computers and Microsoft Office.
