Scotland ltd are looking to grow the team by appointing
an additional full time permanent Receptionist/Admin person
in our Invergordon base.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who can use their initiative to deliver excellent customer service and enjoys engaging with customers and colleagues alike.
Some Of Your Key Duties Include.
To ensure that all incoming calls are answered in a timely, efficient, and courteous manner.
Greeting visitors to the showroom in a friendly, energetic, personable, professional, and polite manner. Determine the nature and purpose of their visit and provide them with relevant information where required.
Ensure that the showroom and meeting rooms are kept tidy throughout the day and the reception area is tidy at all times.
Data entry and maintaining both electronic and manual filing systems and records.
Contacting customers by phone to confirm service visits and making follow up courtesy calls and contacts.
To assist other departments where required and carry out all other tasks as requested by management, within the post holder's appropriate skill set.
What Do You Need?
Previous experience in a similar role would be desirable.
Ability to make customers and visitors contacting us either in person, or by phone, feel welcome by utilising a personable approach to service and maintaining a positive attitude.
Be self-motivated and display initiative with the ability to work flexibly as part of a team.
Good knowledge of software packages including MS Outlook, MS Word, and Excel.
Excellent organisational skills.
Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years of clerical experience.
Proficiency in data entry, Microsoft Office.
Strong phone etiquette and communication skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
