We have an opportunity for a receptionist/admin assistant to join us at our Lampeter Office to provide support in our firm on a part time basis. Hours negotiable.
Key Duties:
To be the first point of contact for clients either face to face or via telephone
Administrative tasks to support the work of other colleagues to include dealing with incoming and outgoing post, photocopying, scanning, filing etc
To maintain and update office records
Archiving closed files and updating electronic and paper records accordingly
Scheduling appointments and managing office diary
Person Specification:
Excellent communication skills and ability to deal with sensitive situations with empathy
Strong IT skills with ability to use the full Microsoft Office Suite
Efficient and well-organised with a high attention to detail
Ability to work to deadlines and prioritise workload accordingly
A conscientious team player with a willingness to learn from (and provide support to) others
Ability to communicate in Welsh desirable but not essential
Ability to maintain confidentiality of client information
No previous experience required
