Job Description

We are a well established city based law firm currently looking for a full time Receptionist/Legal Administrator to join our team on a permanent basis.



The job will include:



Answering telephone calls/working a switchboard Computer skills (use of Word, Excel and case management software) Provide admin support to all fee earners Supporting accounts function Drafting letters and emailing Communicating with clients Online enquiries Assisting with online portal for legal work

The job requires



Have an excellent telephone manner, be presentable and have a welcoming friendly nature. Be a team player, computer literate and enthusiastic. Previous experience would be desirable
