We are seeking a professional and organised Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to join our team. This role involves providing exceptional front-desk service, managing administrative tasks, and supporting daily office operations.
Responsibilities
Greet visitors and clients in a courteous and professional manner
Manage incoming calls
Book customers into diary
Type invoices
Order parts and organising parts once delivered
Keeping customers up to date with repairs
Cash/card handling
Support full-time admin staff
Maintain a tidy and welcoming reception area
Qualifications
Proven office experience or administrative experience is essential
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Working hours:-
Monday 9am - 1pm
Wednesday 9am - 1pm
Friday 9am - 1pm
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Pay: From 7,800.00 per year
Expected hours: 12 per week
