Job Summary


Forde Training Services Ltd has an exciting opportunity for a highly organised and professional Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to join our team. This role is vital as you will be the first point of contact for candidates attending courses and the general public on a daily basis this will require a polite, positive and friendly welcoming attitude. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a keen attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Duties



Greet visitors and clients with a warm and professional demeanour, ensuring a positive first impression. Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette. Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, maintaining up-to-date records. Assist with clerical duties such as incoming and outgoing mail, filing, photocopying, and scanning documents. Take and process bookings accurately and efficiently. Prepare weekly documentation and certification/reports as required. Registering and Invigilating candidates for exams to our Accredited Awarding Body Suite Maintaining the relevant awarding Bodies such as CITB, CPCS, NOCN, NPORS policies and procedures documentation is accurate and updated regularly. Maintain an organised office environment, ensuring supplies are stocked and equipment is functional. Social Media Updates/Advertising Collaborate with team members to support various administrative projects as required.

Skills



Strong clerical skills with the ability to type quickly and accurately. Excellent organisational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively. Strong administrative skills with attention to detail in all aspects of work. Exceptional phone etiquette and interpersonal skills for effective communication with clients and colleagues. Excellent IT Skills and knowledge of Microsoft office suite Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a dynamic office setting, showing your initiative and willingness to learn. prior experience in a similar role would be advantageous
