Overview
The Receptionist/Administration Assistant will be the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and callers. The role combines administrative responsibilities, customer service, and sales support duties to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

The role will be based at our offices in Watford, UK.
Key Responsibilities
Reception Duties:
Greet visitors and clients in a professional and friendly manner.
Manage incoming calls and direct them appropriately.
Handle general enquiries via email, phone, and in person.
Ensure the reception area is tidy and welcoming.
Manage meeting areas and arrange food and drink for meetings where required.
Maintain and manage appointments, and bookings.
Administration:
Assist the team in administrative tasks.
Update and maintain CRM systems and sales databases.
Support the team with customer communications.
Social Media & Marketing:
Strengthen our global brand positioning and lead our digital communication strategy.
Develop, execute, and oversee engaging social media content plans across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube).
Produce compelling, brand-aligned copy and high-quality visual materials.
Coordinate website content updates and communicate brand news, events, and recognitions.
Prepare and distribute newsletters and digital marketing materials.
Monitor and analyse campaign performance using analytics tools, reporting key KPIs.
Liaise with external collaborators, including photographers, designers, and media partners.
Essential Qualifications
GCSEs or equivalent in English and Mathematics.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Experience in a customer-facing role (receptionist, front-of-house, or similar).
Experience in an administrative role, ideally within an office environment.

Team Player: Collaborative and able to work well with different teams, including sales, marketing, and management.
Desirable Skills and Experience
Experience in an administration or similar role, particularly within a customer-focused environment.
Knowledge of CRM systems (HubSpot)
Ability to handle confidential information and maintain a professional approach at all times.
