Job Description

To be responsible for undertaking a wide range of patient-focused administrative duties. Duties can include but are not limited to, answering patient queries (telephone/in-person), greeting and directing patients, patient registration, booking appointments, processing information (electronic and hard copy), and assisting patients as required. To act as the central point of contact for patients, the distribution of information, messages, and enquiries for the clinical team liaising with multidisciplinary team members and external agencies such as secondary care and community service providers.

Candidates must have IT and customer service skills.



Experience in a similar would be an preferred but training will be given to the right applicant. Please note this is a permanent role and is therefore not suitable for candidates looking for a temporary work.

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: 12.21 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 26 per week
