We are looking for a receptionist/admin assistant to join our small friendly team in our Bodyshop garage. The applicant must have experience working as a receptionist liaising with customers and carrying out administration tasks including working with Gmail, Microsoft Office 365 word, excel and other similar programs, creating estimates and invoices, filing, answering the telephone, taking payments and pricing parts etc.
Hours - Monday to Thursday (Monday 8.00am - 4.00pm, Tues - Thurs 9.00am - 4.00pm) with some occasional Friday holiday cover. Please contact Graham for more information on 01395 266041.
