Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and highly organised Receptionist / Administrative Assistant to join our team in the construction sector at a bespoke joinery firm. This is a part-time position Working three days a week Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday from the hours of 09.00 till 15.00, ideal for someone needing to work around childcare or other commitments.

Experience in a similar role is preferred but not essential -- we're happy to provide training for the right person. What's most important to us is someone who is reliable, organised, and hard-working.

Key Responsibilities



Handling day-to-day administrative tasks with efficiency and attention to detail Answering incoming phone calls in a professional manner Using Sage for Invoices incoming & outgoing Maintaining records, files, and general office organisation Taking in deliveries

About You



Super organised and good at managing time and priorities Friendly, confident communicator Comfortable working independently and as part of a team Basic knowledge of Sage is desirable but not essential
