We are seeking a highly organised and professional Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service while managing various administrative tasks. Duties
Greet and assist clients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
Manage incoming phone calls with excellent phone etiquette, directing calls to appropriate staff as necessary.
Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, maintaining up-to-date records.
Organise and maintain office files, ensuring that all documents are easily accessible.
Utilise computer software including QuickBooks and Google Suite for various administrative functions.
Assist with scheduling appointments and managing calendars for team members.
Support the team with clerical tasks such as typing correspondence, preparing reports, and handling mail.
Maintain a clean and organised reception area to create a welcoming environment for clients.
Requirements
Proven experience in an administrative or clerical role is preferred.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
Proficiency in using computer software including QuickBooks and Google Suite.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail.
A professional demeanour with a strong commitment to customer service.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
