We are looking for a friendly individual to be our first point of contact at our Newby Wiske Site.
As our receptionist you will be responsible for the day to day running of reception. This will include the signing in and out of visitors, booking in drivers and advising them where they need to be. You will take and answer general calls and help where you can, if you are unable to help then direct them to the relevant person. You are required to assist with administration and clerical duties. This will be discussed at the interview.
Ideally you will have some administration experience and experience in a customer facing environment, although this is not essential as full training will be provided.
This is a full time, on site role. Due to the nature of the position you are unable to work from home. The working hours are 06.30 to 15:00 Monday to Friday. The rate of pay is 13.00 per hour.
Due to the location your own transport is required.
