Our Dental Centre is a general and cosmetic dental practice. We enjoy being a small dental team to provide quality individual consistent care.

About The Role :



An exciting job opportunity for a candidate looking for a full-time job role committed to ensuring the patient journey is a top priority throughout.

We would like you to put our patients at the heart of everything you do. From greeting them when they arrive in practice and making them feel welcome, to ensuring they leave knowing what to expect on their next visit. Administration work is also a required skill.

General duties that are required but not limited to:

Good organisation skills Efficient diary management and Support the team to deliver the best possible dental care. You will need to be able to liaise with the laboratory. Confirm patient appointments. Confidence in dealing with new patient enquiries.

Qualifications



Computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Previous administrative experience Good phone etiquette and communication skills Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Expected hours: 20 - 35 per week

Ability to commute/relocate:

Solihull: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
