We are seeking a highly organized a individual to join our team as a Receptionist/Administrative Assistant.
In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate person
- Receive and distribute mail, packages, and deliveries
- Perform general clerical duties, such as photocopying, filing, and faxing
- Assist with data entry and maintaining databases
- Prepare documents, reports, and presentations using office software
- Provide administrative support
