We have an exciting opportunity for a Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to join the team at Grace Garden School in Bristol. We are looking for a professional and flexible person to work as a key member of the administration team to fulfil a wide range of duties. The role will undertake a wide variety of duties and responsibilities and assist the Centre Administration Manager with the efficient running of the administrations functions at the school.
You will be required to work across both our sites in Stoke Hill and Canford Lane.
Prospective candidates should be able to demonstrate and fulfil a wide range of duties, including:
Acting as first point of contact for all incoming telephone calls and visitors to the School
Word processing of documents
Maintaining and updating student information
Dealing with incoming and outgoing post
Issuing staff ID cards
General administrative support to the Centre Administration Manager and other departments within the
School
