With this in mind we are looking for a super friendly, enthusiastic and dynamic individual to join our expanding team and help us achieve our plan for growth. The role predominantly covers reception/administration but has scope to assist with business planning, marketing and social media so a creative flair would be advantageous. The successful candidate must be willing to adapt, contribute and enrich the Agile philosophy.

Receptionist/Administrator



Start Date: ASAP

Part Time: Thurdays and Fridays (10am-5pm)

Main Duties



To be the first point of contact and front of house for Agile, and to provide administrative support across the organisation.

Key Duties and Responsibilities



Welcoming clients into the clinic, scheduling appointments and taking payments. Answering telephone and email enquiries, managing appointments and invoices. Attending quarterly staff meetings, contributing to minutes and keeping staff up to date with relevant information. Managing documents, filing systems and sensitive documents in accordance with GDPR regulations Drafting and scheduling social media marketing posts/advertisements. Assistance with business planning. Monitoring, sourcing and ordering of stock. Understanding and good use of Cliniko (booking system) and Square (payment system) General upkeep of reception area and clinic space including monitoring clinic supplies and maintaining kitchen area.

Essential Skills/Qualifications



Impeccable communication and customer service skills; written and verbal. Excellent interpersonal and team work skills. Excellent organisation skills, ability to prioritise tasks, be proactive and manage time well independently. Good computer skills and experience using Excel, Word, Gmail, Google Drive, Facebook and Instagram. Be flexible to changing situations and circumstances. Willingness to learn and continually develop.

Pay: 12.60 per hour

Expected hours: 14 per week
