Job Description

Ganco Assets was incorporated in 2003 to assist with the Development, Investment and Management of Commercial and Residential Property. We now have an exciting opportunity for a motivated Receptionist/Admin Assistant to join our small but dynamic team based in Croydon.

As our new Receptionist/Admin Assistant, you will be tasked with providing an efficient and professional reception service to all visitors, customers and employees. Based in a corporate reception area you will be responsible for answering and directing all calls, providing administrative support to the Lettings and Accounting department.

Our ideal candidate will have previous Receptionist or Admin experience and have excellent customer interaction and communication skills. In addition, a polite and approachable manner and the ability to work as part of a team as well as demonstrating own initiative. Extensive training will be provided to help bring you up to speed on our internal processes, so if you have some receptionist experience from any industry background, we would love to hear from you!

Receptionist/Admin Assistant day to day responsibilities:



Dealing with incoming e-mails and telephone calls. Photocopying, managing incoming and outgoing mail. Greeting clients and directing them accordingly. Type documents and maintain spreadsheets. Liaising with members of staff in other departments. Organising and filing documents and computer-based information.

Our ideal

Receptionist/Admin Assistant will have the following skills/attributes:



Previous experience within a reception/administration role. IT literate, proficient with Outlook/Word/Excel. You will have high accuracy and attention to detail. Good organisational/prioritisation skills. Strong and clear communication skills. Have a flexible attitude and be a team player. All candidates must be eligible to work in the UK.

Salary: 27,000- 29,000 pa + 28 days annual leave + join a small, friendly open plan office with kitchen amenities + tea/coffee + within a central lively hub of nearby supermarkets, retail stores, restaurants and parking.
