First Point of contact for all enquiries and incoming calls
Provide front desk/first point of contact reception duties which includes handling of all phone calls, voicemails messages and manage internal & external customers timely and professionally
Dealing with enquiries and emails electrical plumbing or EV based.
Maintain and update job management system
Assist in General Office administration and filing
Manage leads and arrange appointments via job management system
Work collaboratively and manage with engineers in field
Assist in any ad-hoc duties, projects or role related activities as and when required.
Requirements:
Proactive individual who is a natural organiser with administration and with teams in the field
- Ideal for someone who has worked in Lettings or property management
Possess a professional manner and is enthusiastic in customer service
Ability to multi-task and work independently
Able to work well under pressure where priorities may change
Possess good understanding and knowledge of document control and database management system (Service m8) training can be provided.
Professional manner, with good written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in MS Word, Excel and Servicem8.
