We are looking for a flexible, presentable, friendly, enthusiastic and dedicated individual to join our busy team. The successful candidate must be an excellent communicator with a good telephone manner and computer literate. The candidate must be able to scan, have good IT skills, analyse and read code data into patients' records working closely with the clinical and admin team. Attention to detail is required.
The post is for 37.5 hours a week over 5 days. This role will participate in the reception (early morning/late shifts) and scanning rota. It is essential to have experience of working under pressure in a busy environment and be a quick learner. You will be the first point of contact for patients both telephone and face to face, providing information and ensuring an excellent patient experience. You must be able to juggle multiple priorities and work well under pressure.
This will be for an initial period of 12 months which will be reviewed nearer the time.
