This role requires working from two sites, both our Cheadle Clinic SK8 3FS as well as our Manchester clinic M15 4QN

Job role:



We are looking for a receptionist/administrative assistant, with excellent communication skills, customer service and organisational skills to join our team providing the highest standard of care for our patients.

You should have great people skills, be able to work in a busy medical clinic environment, and willing to go above and beyond for our patients and the team. We are looking for an individual who can be part of our front of house team and also assist our doctors and nurses in clinic.

Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):



Greeting patients and providing exceptional customer service Maintaining good rapport with patients/clients throughout their treatment journey Administrative duties Dealing with new leads Answering e-mail and telephone enquiries Booking patients/diary management Assisting with clinical procedures when required Chaperoning doctors/nurses when required Assisting in maintaining standards to meet CQC requirements Regular cleaning duties to comply with CQC standards for healthcare facilities Please note this job includes evenings and Saturday working on a shared rota (currently alternate Saturdays on a regular basis - but additional cover may be needed when colleagues are away)

Experience required:



Minimum 2 years experience in as an administrative assistant/secretary/receptionist (dermatology/aesthetic/cosmetic surgery clinic experience desirable) Experience with using an electronic patient record management system Experience with e-mails, Microsoft Word & Excel Experience with customer service

Excellent communication and customer service skills - to maintain our high standard of patient care and outstanding reputation Enthusiastic team player - good people skills and able to work with other members of the team to fulfil clinic needs. Also flexible and willing to help other members of the team or cover for colleagues who are on leave when needed Organisational/time management skills - able to organise time effectively to carry out the various responsibilities effectively and to a high standard Reliable & dependable - able to complete tasks within agreed time frames with good attention to detail
