Job Overview:



We are seeking a highly organised and professional Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the front desk and providing vital support to our Sales Department. You will handle a range of tasks to ensure these departments run smoothly, all while maintaining an efficient and welcoming reception area.

Job Responsibilities:



Handle all incoming phone calls, directing queries to the appropriate team members and providing relevant information via phone or email. Assist with administrative tasks for sales department. Greet and assist visitors, informing the appropriate personnel of their arrival. Ensure office security by adhering to safety protocols, managing visitor logs, and issuing visitor badges. Sort and distribute incoming mail and handle outgoing post. Manage and maintain paperwork, ensuring accuracy and organisation. Monitor office supplies, managing orders and stock levels. Keep the reception area tidy and welcoming for visitors. Perform general administrative duties such as filing, photocopying, and document management. Support any additional reasonable tasks as required within the role.

Essential Criteria:



At least 2 years' experience as a receptionist, office administration or similar role Professional attitude and appearance Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise Excellent organisational skills and multi-tasking skills. Excellent customer service attitude
Duration: Full Time Permanent

Location: Loughbrook Industrial Estate Camlough Rd, Newry BT35 7EE

Hours of work: 8am to 5pm

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
