Receptionist/Administration Assistant

Job Summary



We are looking for a positive, confident person to join our highly motivated dental team in City Centre Dental Clinic in Norwich .

Experience in dentistry preferred but not essential.



Customer service experience/ front of the house are encouraged to send through their CV for consideration.

Essential Training will be provided.



Key Responsibilities



Welcoming patients to the practice Communicating with patients Answering phone calls to the practice Booking patients in for appointments Managing the appointment diary to make sure days run smoothly Taking payments from patients Assist team with practice compliance tasks Good computer skills
Full-time hours: 40 per week

Monday to Friday:08.30 - 17.30 (An hour Lunch break)
