Receptionist/Administration Assistant
This interesting and exciting career opportunity will require you to deal with telephone enquiries, set up appointments, take payments and provide general administrative assistance to our team of Podiatrists. There will also be some light cleaning duties involved in this role. You will need to be professional, efficient and comfortable in a medical environment.
The core hours would be on a Tuesday (8.30am - 7pm) and Saturday (8.45am - 2.15pm). This may occasionally change to provide holiday or sickness cover.
Previous experience in a similar environment would be advantageous but is not essential as full training will be given.

Scheduling
Carrying out requests from management as needed
Answering emails and sorting post
Answering phone calls and transferring them as necessary
Greeting and welcoming patients
Providing information regarding our services to potential patients
