We are seeking a friendly, organised and reliable Administrative Assistant to join our school office team. This is a varied and rewarding role at the heart of the school, providing essential administrative and front-of-house support to pupils, parents, staff and visitors.
You will be one of the first points of contact for the school and will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of administrative functions. The role requires good communication skills, attention to detail and the ability to work in a busy school environment.
We are looking for someone who:
Has experience in an administrative or office-based role, ideally within a school or similar setting
Is confident using IT systems and willing to learn school-specific software (e.g. MIS systems)
Communicates clearly and professionally with adults and children
Is well organised, reliable and able to manage competing priorities
Works well as part of a team and is willing to support colleagues
Is discreet and understands the importance of confidentiality
Experience in a school environment and knowledge of Bromcom or similar systems would be an advantage, but full training will be provided.
