The Role:


We are seeking a friendly, proactive, and highly organised Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors. In this varied role, you'll also assist with general administrative duties, helping to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

The successful candidate will be expected to work on a full-time basis, Monday through Friday, from 08:00 to 16:00.

Key Responsibilities:



Greet and welcome clients and visitors with a warm, professional manner Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and enquiries Manage meeting room bookings and ensure spaces are prepared and presentable Handle incoming and outgoing post and deliveries Assist with ad-hoc administrative tasks such as data entry, document preparation, and filing Maintain a tidy and organised reception area Support the reception manager and other team members as needed

Requirements:



Previous experience in a front-of-house or customer service role (ideally within serviced offices or hospitality) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail Comfortable using Microsoft Office and office equipment Proactive attitude with a willingness to help and adapt
