About Us:
At Pearce Brothers Mobility, we are dedicated to improving lives through innovative mobility products and exceptional customer service. From scooters to stairlifts and more, we provide the support and solutions our customers need for independent living.
Your Role:
As the first point of contact for our showroom, you'll create a warm and welcoming environment for all visitors. You'll support the team by managing calls, scheduling appointments, and ensuring a smooth front-of-house experience. Working hours are Monday - Friday 9am-5pm with 1 Saturday per month.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet customers and visitors warmly and professionally
Answer phone calls, take messages, and handle inquiries
Schedule consultations and maintain appointment calendars
Provide product information or direct queries to the appropriate staff
Manage showroom presentation and maintain tidy reception area
Support administrative tasks and assist with customer paperwork
What We're Looking For:
Previous experience in a customer service or front desk role
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Organized, dependable, and able to multitask
Confident using basic computer systems (e.g., email, calendars, data entry)
A genuine interest in helping others and making a difference
