Job Summary


We are seeking a professional and friendly Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service while managing a variety of administrative tasks. This role requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a busy office environment.

Duties



Greet and welcome visitors in a warm and professional manner Answer and direct phone calls with excellent phone etiquette Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and postal mail, scanning of documents into the clinical system Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently Maintain an organised filing system for documents and records Assist with scheduling appointments and managing calendars

Qualifications



Previous office experience is essential, with a focus on administrative roles Proficient computer skills Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively Familiarity with data entry processes and clerical duties Experience using Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

Pay: 16,748.67-27,030.43 per year
