Job Description

Reception Duties:

Welcoming patients and visitors in a courteous and efficient manner Booking, amending and cancelling appointments using the clinical system accurately Managing patient check-in process and monitoring waiting area to ensure smooth patient flow Handling patient queries in person, by telephone, or email, maintaining a helpful and respectful approach at all times Assisting with patient registration, deductions, and change of details Handling patient concerns or complaints professionally and escalating where necessary. Administrative Duties: Extracting all information from clinical letters that needs coding and adding to notes. Arranging appointments, referrals, tests, patient requests and follow up appointments of patients from different sources including Docman tasks and EMIS tasks. Scanning and filing clinical correspondence and documents to patient records Providing administrative support to clinicians and management
