We are looking for a Part Time (3 days a week) Receptionist/Office Administrator to join out team dealing with various members of the public who are our clients and assisting with booking appointments, managing rotas and other admin duties
Job role includes:
Covering reception
Answering the phone - transferring calls appropriately / calling client into the office - dealing with enquirers
Dealing with clients
Booking appointments
Managing and organizing files
Emails
Paperwork
General administration duties
Full training will be given but a administration background would be preferred.
Please note this is a position for 3 days per week - with overtime opportunities to cover other staff absences on occasion.

Doncaster DN1 3RE: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
Experience:
Administrative Assistants & Receptionists: 1 year (preferred)
