Job Description

We are looking for a friendly, professional, and super organised Receptionist & Administrative Assistant to join our welcoming Client Care Team at goPhysio in Chandlers Ford. As the face of our business, you'll play a vital role in ensuring that every patient and visitor experiences the warmth, care, and professionalism we pride ourselves on.



This is a varied, customer-facing role involving reception duties, diary management, patient bookings, payments, and supporting our clinical team with essential administrative tasks. You'll thrive in a busy environment where attention to detail, efficiency, and exceptional people skills are key.

What You'll Do



Be the first point of contact for all patients, providing a friendly, helpful and efficient service. Manage appointment diaries, optimise diary occupancy and convert enquiries into bookings. Handle patient enquiries in person, by phone and email. Process payments, manage invoicing and assist with stock management and marketing tasks. Support clinicians with administrative duties and assist the Practice Manager with daily operations. Maintain a clean, hygienic and welcoming environment for patients and staff. Actively promote goPhysio services, packages and offers.

What We're Looking For



Essential:

Customer-facing experience with outstanding communication and interpersonal skills. Exceptional organisational, prioritisation and time management abilities. Ability to remain calm, adaptable, and professional under pressure. IT literacy, including Microsoft Office and confidence learning new systems. A genuine desire to deliver the highest standards of customer care. A natural 'problem solver' seeking solutions pro-actively
Desirable:

Experience working in a healthcare setting. Typing skills and knowledge of diary management systems. An interest in health and wellbeing.

Hours



Monday 8am - 2pm Tuesday 2pm - 8pm Friday 12pm - 4.30pm
16.5 regular hours/week plus opportunity for overtime to cover leave and sickness. Ability to cover additional shifts is essential.
