The role:
We are looking to a recruit an experienced Receptionist to provide a professional front facing service to all clients and visitors to the Firm and carry out a range of administrative duties as required.
As part of our Office Services team, you will oversee the main switchboard, manage incoming and outgoing mail, respond to general enquiries received via email and website enquiries, and coordinate meeting room bookings.

This is a full-time, office-based position, Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm (with a one-hour lunch break).
The candidate:
Our ideal candidate will have prior experience in a receptionist and/or administrative role, with excellent communication and client service skills. You'll be detail-oriented, organised, and confident using Microsoft Office tools. You will also have strong time management skills and the ability to prioritise tasks.
