is a part of Hoey Caravans Ltd, a family run company with holiday parks in Cumbria, Devon and Lancashire. We are looking to appoint an experienced, personable and enthusiastic colleague to work at one of our established holiday parks in Devon. This role will be based at Springfield Retreat Lodge Park near Exeter with occasional cover / support to Woodleigh Holiday Park.
You will be required to have a proven administrative background, excellent communication skills and knowledge of IT software. You should be motivated to work accurately and efficiently with little supervision. Initiative, flexibility and team-working are essential requirements of this post.
We are looking to hire ASAP so availability for an immediate start would be ideal.
You must be on location each working day- please note this is NOT a remote role.
We are looking for a minimum of 3 days per week, negotiable days/hours.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
Main point of contact for the park
Dealing with enquiries from holiday home owners
Maintaining the filing system and records
Provide support to Head Office and Park colleagues
Organising contractors for site development
Collecting payments, maintaining finance systems
Dealing with enquiries and bookings from touring holidaymakers
Qualifications & Experience
A good understanding of and experience in Business Administration
IT skills
A positive and proactive approach and a good team player
Good communication skills
Customer Service skills
Reliable and able to work under minimum supervision
Experience within a holiday park setting would be advantageous although not essential as full training will be given
