We are seeking a professional and friendly Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service while managing various administrative tasks. This role requires a proactive individual with excellent organisational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities



Greet and welcome clients and visitors in a warm and professional manner Answer phone calls, directing inquiries to the appropriate personnel while maintaining excellent phone etiquette Manage the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable at all times Handle administrative duties including filing, scheduling appointments, and managing correspondence Utilise Microsoft Office for document preparation and communication Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information

Previous office experience is essential Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Administrative experience with a focus on clerical duties Excellent phone etiquette with strong communication skills Exceptional organisational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively Proficient typing skills
