The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service while managing various administrative tasks. This role requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
Greet and welcome visitors in a warm and professional manner.
Answer phone calls promptly, ensuring excellent phone etiquette at all times.
Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and postal mail.
Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently using office software.
Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and photocopying documents.
Schedule appointments and manage calendars for team members as required.
Skills
Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
Proficient in administrative duties, including data entry and document management.
Excellent phone etiquette with strong verbal communication skills.
A proactive approach to problem-solving with a keen eye for detail.
