Duties

Assist with clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents.
Use Emis Web for scheduling appointments and managing calendars. .
Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth office operations.
Qualifications
Proven experience in an administrative or receptionist role is preferred.
Proficiency in computerised systems, particularly Emis Web.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Familiarity with general office procedures and clerical tasks.
A positive attitude and a willingness to assist colleagues as needed.
