to join our Irvine office on a full-time basis. This role requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
As the face of our office, you will play a key role in ensuring that clients and visitors receive a professional and welcoming experience. You will manage the front desk & provide administrative support to ensure the smooth running of the office.
Key Responsibilities:
Greeting clients & visitor in a friendly and professional manner
Answering and directing phone calls promptly & efficiently
Providing general administrative support to solicitors & staff (e.g filing, scanning, data entry)
Handling incoming & outgoing correspondence including emails and postal mail
Arranging appointments and maintaining diaries
It is essential that you possess excellent communication, customer service skills and the ability to use standard software packages e.g., Microsoft Office. Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous, however, full training will be provided.
