Position:
Part-time Receptionist Administrator
Salary:
26,000 - 27,000 pro rata
Hours:
Flexible within Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 4:30pm (24-40 Hours, with the potential to change to full time from next year)
About the Role
We are seeking a friendly, organised, and proactive
Receptionist Administrator
to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has excellent attention to detail, and enjoys being a key part of a supportive team.
Key Responsibilities
Front-Line Communication
- Handle calls and emails professionally, ensuring enquiries are managed promptly.
Client Booking
- Schedule quote visits, confirm appointments, and keep calendars up to date.
Customer Invoicing
- Prepare, send, and follow up on invoices accurately and efficiently.
Client Outreach
- Contact potential clients to support business growth and maintain strong relationships.
Administrative Support
- Provide general admin duties to keep office operations running smoothly.
Operational Assistance
- Support the operations team with scheduling, customer management, and daily coordination.
Risk Assessment & Compliance
- Assist with preparation and upkeep of risk assessments to meet legal standards.
Health & Safety Coordination
- Help ensure policies are up to date and communicated effectively.
Staff Management Support
- Assist with staff scheduling, performance tracking, and operational reporting.
Ideal Candidate
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Highly organised with strong attention to detail
Confident using email, scheduling systems, and office software
Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure
Knowledge of health & safety and risk assessments (desirable but not essential)
A proactive team player with a positive, solution-focused attitude
