Overview
We are expanding our team and are therefore seeking a skilled Receptionist to join us in providing exceptional front desk support. The role will also include administration duties. The ideal candidate will be organised, possess excellent phone etiquette, and have a keen eye for detail.
Duties
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional manner
- Answer and direct phone calls efficiently
- Franking all mail and delivering to the post office
- Manage office correspondence and emails
- Maintain an organised reception area
- Assist with administrative tasks to include the initiation of all identification checks on clients
- Opening new cases on our case management system
- Issuing all initial Client Instruction documentation
Requirements
- Proficient in computerised systems for data entry
- Strong organisational skills
- Previous experience in an office or clerical role is advantageous
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: 21,500.00-24,000.00 per year
