Job Summary


We are seeking a professional and organised Receptionist & administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors and callers, providing excellent customer service and ensuring smooth administrative operations. This role offers an opportunity to utilise your office experience and organisational skills in a dynamic environment, supporting various administrative functions to help the organisation run efficiently.

Responsibilities



Greet visitors and clients in a courteous and professional manner, ensuring a positive first impression. Manage incoming calls using phone etiquette, directing enquiries appropriately and taking accurate messages. Handle front desk duties, including signing in visitors and maintaining visitor logs. Perform data entry tasks with accuracy, updating records using Google docs and patient care systems Organise appointments, meetings, and schedules for staff members. Maintain organised filing systems, both digital and physical, ensuring easy retrieval of information. Assist with administrative tasks such as photocopying, scanning, and mailing documents. Support office management with general clerical duties to ensure efficient daily operations. Managing surgeon and coordinator diaries

Requirements



Proven office experience or administrative experience is preferred. Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace. Previous experience in a healthcare, hospitality or clinical setting is preferable Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively. Demonstrated typing speed and data entry accuracy. Exceptional phone etiquette and communication skills. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining attention to detail. Familiarity with basic clerical procedures and office equipment. Job Types: Part-time, Permanent, Temp to perm
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: 24,420.00-26,500.00 per year

Expected hours: 16 - 40 per week
