We are looking to recruit an exceptionally personable receptionist administrator to work with our sales team and wider business to welcome and support customers, deal with enquiries and support the sales team where required.

The role and environment are fast-paced, with a good humor. You must be amazing on the phone, resourceful, confident, friendly, passionate, intelligent, and professional. You will also be used to managing your own workload and be reliable.

Any experience in sales could be an advantage as this role is people facing and you will act as the first point of content for all reguler visitors to the reception/showroom. So you must be able to build relationships and manage multiple requirments.

We utilise a world-leading CRM system called Salesforce whick logs all customer data.

Requirements



Must have a minimum of 3 years reception based front of house experience of welcoming and dealing with clients. Presentable, smily and have a kind caring positive nature Any sales experience and account management experience are an advantage Incredible customer service / CRM Skills Excellent communication both on the telephone, in writing and in person The ability to self-motivate and make things happen, taking ownership at every stage Relationship building Great IT and Admin skills The ability to learn quickly and be technically minded.

Base Salary is dependent on relevant experience.



Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary basic: 30,000.00-36,000.00 per year depending on experience + generous bonuses and benefits.

Schedule:

Monday to Friday No weekends
Education:

A-Level / Degree or equivalent (preferred)
Experience:

Account management: 1 year (preferred) sales: 3 years (preferred) Reception/ Hospitality front of hosue.
