We are seeking a professional and friendly Receptionist/Legal Practice Administrator to join our team of support staff. This role is ideally full time but part-time hours will be considered.
The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors ensuring a warm and positive first impression and providing exceptional customer service while managing various administrative tasks.
This role requires strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment collaborating with other team members to ensure smooth office operations.
You will be at the forefront of ensuring a high-quality, positive and seamless experience for our clients and will work closely with our Partners to deliver and strengthen a peace of mind service to our clients and assist them manage and build customer relationships.
You will need to answer phone calls promptly, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and directing calls as necessary and manage the reception area, maintaining a tidy and welcoming environment.
You will be required to perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, ensuring all information is up to date and handle administrative duties such as scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and filing documents.
Skills
Previous office experience is essential and demonstrated clerical experience in a professional setting desirable
Proficient computer skills required but full training provided in respect of our systems
Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
Excellent typing skills with attention to detail for data entry tasks.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.

Salary is very competitive but dependant on whether the role is full or part time and on candidate qualification and experience.
