The Role



The role is a full-time position where the successful applicant will cover all reception duties and also provide administration support to the wider business.

Hours of work 8:30am - 5:00pm Monday to Thursday, with a 3pm finish on a Friday.

Requirements of the Role



General reception duties, answering the telephone, greeting visitors, taking deliveries, managing post out, stationery management, meeting room management, printing, copying & binding documents etc. General reception duties, answering the telephone, greeting visitors, taking deliveries, managing post out, stationery management, meeting room management, printing, copying & binding documents etc. Dealing with day-to-day sales administration and CRM system Help with updates to on-line data (Rightmove etc.) Help collate plot certification and customer questionnaires etc. Process handover documentation and arrange gifts. Also, general administration - all of which makes this a busy, but very rewarding role.

Required Experience & Attributes



Experienced in a busy and varied administration role Good interpersonal skills Self-motivated Extremely organised Strong ability to muti-task and prioritise work High attention to detail Methodical and structured approach to work to see tasks through to completion Able to work as part of a team and on own initiative Positive attitude Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
