We are seeking a professional and organised Receptionist to join our team. The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors and callers, providing excellent customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of the front desk. Responsibilities
Greet visitors and clients in a courteous and professional manner
Answer incoming calls promptly and direct them appropriately using excellent phone etiquette
Manage appointment scheduling and coordinate meetings efficiently
Handle data entry tasks with accuracy, including updating records in Microsoft Office, QuickBooks, and Google Workspace applications
Maintain organised files and documentation both digitally and physically
Assist with general administrative duties such as photocopying, scanning, and filing
Support team members with clerical tasks as required to ensure office operations run smoothly
Ensure the reception area remains tidy, welcoming, and professional at all times
Qualifications
Proven office experience or administrative background preferred
Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Drive)
Experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting software is advantageous
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
Good typing speed and data entry accuracy
Demonstrated phone etiquette and communication skills
Previous clerical experience is desirable but not essential; training will be provided for specific systems used
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
