We are growing our presence in the UK and are seeking a skilled team to help us set up and manage business processes. Currently, we are looking for a

Receptionist

for our

London

office - a proactive professional to set a welcoming tone and cultivate a creative office vibe, who will be greeting guests and event attendees, resolving day-to-day issues swiftly, and keeping the space running smoothly.

Requirements



2-3+ years in admin/front-desk roles (office management, reception) Fluent Russian (must-have); English B2+ Based in London, good grasp of city logistics Confident with Jira and Confluence, messengers, basic sheets/forms, delivery apps Excellent written & verbal communication; tact and discretion Strong time management, prioritization, attention to detail Stress-resilient, decisive, hands-on; comfortable dealing with contractors Physically active role at the desk and around the office

Background in human resources, including experience in recruiting and selecting candidates for diverse job openings

Responsibilities



Welcome and escort visitors at the entrance; manage access, sign-in logs, and security compliance.

Maintain order and oversee inventory

: stationery, water, snacks, lunches -- replenish on time and optimize suppliers. Coordinate cleaning vendors; ensure a well-kept environment.

Handle logistics

: receive/send parcels globally; liaise with couriers.

Support events

: guest registration via platform/sheets, wayfinding, light tech assistance (issuing equipment, printed instructions). Provide

administrative support

to the Senior Office Manager; manage purchases for the office/team/manager; track corporate card expenses and receipts. Enhance the space by sourcing furniture, flowers, and decor; propose improvements. React quickly to incidents: dispatch vendors, keep stakeholders informed, and follow through to resolution.
